Greyson

He is three weeks today. He has been wonderful during the day but up a few times at night. So this morning I decided to pump to see what he was getting because I have been supplementing at night and he is still up. I pumped 4 oz. There was my problem.  I had no idea he was getting that much. I have been making him 2 oz bottles when I supplement. The poor dude is starving all night.  Problem solved.

The first week

Well I am now going into my second week of having Greyson.  He is truly an angel.  I was worried at first because in the hospital he was up in the night every 1-2 hours.  I figure now it was because he was hungry cause me milk wasn't in yet.  He is now sleeping for 5 hours in the night and I am super thankful for that.  He is nursing really well now that I have figured out a few kinks.  I feel like he is getting plenty...he is pooping after every feeding if not twice.  All his pipes are working.  He doesn't fuss much cause he farts a lot...so no gas pains and tummy aches.  He is such a pretty baby.  I just can't believe how a bond with a boy is already so different than my bond with the girls.  I can't explain it but it is just different.  I feel like I am holding a huge posterity/responsibility in my arms.  He will be a priesthood holder caring and providing for his family some day. So I must teach him now so he will choose to serve a mission.  I love this little guy.  I love my little family.  We feel pretty complete right now.  My parents have been such a wonderful help.  I couldn't ask for anything more.

Christmas eve jammies!!

The girls were so excited that tonight santa is coming. So we whipped up a batch of reindeer feed, put out cookies for santa and opened christmas jammies. 37 weeks

So I went in today for my routine fluid check. I'm down to an 8 and my blood pressure was high enough that I needed to see the dr. Then he thought it was high enough that he sent me over to labor and delivery to have blood work done and to have my blood pressure tested every 10 minutes for however long it took them to get the bloodwork back. I was there about 2 hours and everything else was normal so they sent me home. I am on bed rest now( yeah right). I want this baby out so I am resting for the weekend and first thing Monday I'm working hard to get myself induced.

Sugar cookies

This has been a two day process working in the sugar cookie making in between various activities with two small ones wanting to help as much a they can. Today we decorated 3. Well as you can see Allisandria did. Tomorrow we will do the rest as it will be day 3. Then I will get on the kettle corn making and hopefully deliver goodies tomorrow night.  I love doing these things with my girls but man is it frustrating.

Bella Dancing

We were enjoying our friends basketball game and the girls were loving the cheerleaders and music.  They were both getting down with it but I only caught bella.  I am sure there will be many more games with them dancing.

Battle of perfections

Totally fun family night. Allisandria tried so hard to make the train look just like the box while Bella was busy knocking things over and eatingtreats. She even snuck in her very first gumball. Dave was constantly after her while I just laughed my butt off trying to keep from the train collapsing. Next year Dave and allisandria will have their own house to decorate to perfection and Bella and I will have fun making a mess.

Winter Wonderland

This past weekend we were greeted with such cold weather.  We went through the day putting on our jackets when we went outside and the grey clouds that hung over weren't promising of nicer weather.  Is it really here? I asked myself.  Winter.  Boots, jackets, scarfs and mittens.  We can layer our apparel finally.  Then later that night it started raining.  The rain turned to freezing rain then finally a weird version of snow morned out of that.  We enjoyed almost 2 inches after our dinner.  We drove home 3 miles down from where we were and there was no trace of such snow. Just rain.  Then again we live in az.  It can be pouring down rain a block away while it is sunny.  Merry christmas!

The final stretch

Well last week I went in for my 3D ultrasound. Got to see a little bit of what Greyson will look like. From these pictures he looks rather chubby. Maybe it's because he is so crowded and his face is smashed up against my tummy. We also discovered that my amniotic fluid is low. So now I go in for tests twice a week until they see t a danger and induce me. I am 34 weeks and this scares me a bit but the dr assures me that the baby will be just fine. Coincidentally that day my feet started to swell as it grew up into my leg. My whole leg feel tight and fat. Well maybe that's where all my fluids goin?? Lol. I don't know but I am definately ready to have this baby. But want to hold on for two more weeks when I am 36 weeks and more in safe waters. I wanna keep this baby baking.

Again

Here is how I found her after my shower this morning. She was playing the computer. At least this time she layer down in the chair instead of resting her drooling chin on the desk.

Plan of happiness.

Our stake had their musical this weekend. This years theme was the plan of salvation /happiness. They also had an art display of drawings, photography, and other types of arts that were centered around this theme. Allisandria was asked to draw a picture of her family. So from left to right you have Allisandria ( notice how she made herself the prettiest one. ) me, bella and them daddy. She is such a good little artist. Notice the eyelashes, the ears and earings, daddies spiked hair. She is so good. Love her.

Halloween 2011

Snow white and Which ever dwarf you can think of.  Allisandria was extra excited for makeup.  I put pink blush and eyeliner on her as well as some lip gloss.  Now that I can see just a little of how she will look with makeup, I will never let her leave the house with it on.  She was so pretty.

Happy Halloween

It's here. My favorite time of year. I love my bats and I love my skeletons. Even Sassy is getting into it being her first Halloween with us. She's a fun fish. How do you like to decorate for Halloween. Cute or scary?

Bellas hospital visit

Sweet little Bella decided to take it upon herself and spill and drink a whole bottle of Tylenol. I had taken it out to use on allisandria and left it in the counter with the lid off. ( I know you may wonder why on earth would I do that?) well because it happens. Trust me I am beating myself up over it. Especially when she has done this before. I almost didn't call poison control because last time she was fine. But I did. She sweet lady then proceeded to tell me as we were calculating what had been used previous and what had spilled and what she had ingested we came to the conclusion that she drank a toxic amount. Great. She put me on hold while she notified the emergency room to tell them I was on my way. She asked if I wanted a ambulance ms I assured her through my tears that I was okay to drive. I dropped Pia off at a dear friends and off we went. Dave was near the hospital on his way home from work so luckily he could be there with me. 
They immediately got us in and started an iv on her. That was terrible. They made me leave the room as they held her down and they poked her arm. I cried. Again. So. They put her on a four hour watch because acetemenophine takes four hors to peak. They watched her levels and hooked her up to fluids. Blood result ended up in a non toxic range and the levels should only go down as the night progresses. Yay! The staff was soooo sweet to her and were tender to her little body. I can't complain about my experience but next time ( hopefully there won't be). Ill just head straight over to Phoenix children's hospital. I know it would have been more comfortable and the best ofthe best are there. So. Screw the lid on you medicine before you leave to give it to your child so your other child won't snatch it from the counter on her tippy toes and have her self a grape feat. We are so thankful she is okay. This was just the tip of a really bad week. Let's hope tomorrow is smooth and then I'll be soooooo ready for taylor swift on Saturday. 

Therapy

Yep that would be 4 scoops of ice cream but you can't see the 4th cause my belly is covering it. And you better believe I spooned out a bite before I put the carton back in the freezer.

Princess slumber party

She Stayed in her bed all week and that deserved a princess slumber party. Hair, makeup, and nails. She felt pretty special. Now we are going to watch a movie and snuggle in bed. Full on slumber party.

Homemade ice cream

A great way to end a great Sunday.  Homemade vanilla ice cream topped with fresh raspberries.   Yummy!

24 weeks

I can lay there looking at my belly almost flat when laying except for the bulge wherever Greyson is laying. I love to watch him move his way around to get comfortable from my position change. It's so fun to watch and feel especially when Dave can see it now too. I am so excited and I still feel pretty dang good!
