One thing at a time

Today after doing a number of things on my schedule, I was reminded of the saying, "there's not enough hours in the day". Bein a mother of three, a wife, a business owner, a friend, crafter, musician, artist, a freaking awesome halloween fanatic and person of faith, I wear many hats and not enough hours to wear them. But today I got to wear a great hat. My time here on earth as a mother has been the best so far. I jumped on the "jumpoline" with 2 of my kids this morning at a friends house. So fun. Their smiles and giggle after each time their feet come back to the surface and their bodies are jolted around ending in a face plant or burn. I'm reminded of the fun me and my sister Tasha would have jumping ever so high while on lookers stopped and watched. The slumber parties we would have only to find ourselves gathered in the middle of the trampoline where gravity met with us. Jumping while the sprinkler was is under it. Laying underneath the tramp while others were jumping. Oh the thrills we shared with that. The fun we had outside with no electronics. Video games were far and in between.
I love my kids.
I love little moments and I am reminded that I have to take my responsibilities that I choose to have, one at a time so I can give my all to each of them.

Have a great day,
Tricia
