Take time to smell the roses

Take time to smell he roses. Such a common thing we hear quite often. But I am goin to tell you something about these roses.
It was my birthday on the 4th. My dear friend Stacy brought me the flowers. I haven't received flowers on sometime. I think when I had Bella was the last time. These roses are beautiful. They put out such a sweet scent in my kitchen that makes me smile. These make me grateful for the got of flowers. It helps us to literally put our noses in them to take in their sweet aroma. We take time to prep them for clean water so they will last as long as they possibly can. They continue to bloom and even show more beauty as the days pass. What a nice treat to see. I am grateful for the thought and for the gesture of giving flowers. It reminds me of our Heavenly Father. And that we need to take the time to really smell the roses.
